Independent corporate press release publishing platform

Editorial and publishing standards.

SpeedPR publishes submitted corporate announcements with clear attribution, professional formatting, and baseline requirements for accuracy and transparency.

These standards are intended to help issuing organizations prepare announcements that are useful, credible, and suitable for long-term publication.

Acceptable submissions

SpeedPR is intended for legitimate corporate and organizational announcements, including company milestones, leadership changes, product launches, transactions, research, events, certifications, partnerships, and official statements.

Each submission should identify the issuing organization and include a valid contact who can respond to questions about the release.

Accuracy and responsibility

The submitting organization is responsible for the accuracy of all facts, claims, quotations, names, dates, titles, financial figures, and supporting information. SpeedPR may request clarification or documentation before publication.

Important: Publication on SpeedPR does not independently verify or endorse every claim made by an issuing organization.

Attribution and disclosure

Submitted press releases are corporate communications, not independent newsroom reporting. Releases should clearly identify the organization responsible for the content and should not disguise advertising, affiliate promotions, or third-party material as impartial reporting.

Content we may decline

  • Material that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, or intentionally misleading
  • False claims, fabricated quotations, impersonation, or undisclosed conflicts
  • Content primarily designed to manipulate search rankings without meaningful information
  • Private personal information published without a legitimate reason or proper authorization
  • Malware, suspicious downloads, misleading redirects, or unsafe links
  • Releases promoting prohibited or clearly fraudulent products and services

Corrections and updates

Material errors should be reported to editorial@speedpr.com. SpeedPR may correct the page, add an update notice, or remove content when necessary. Significant changes should be disclosed rather than silently rewritten.

Links should lead to relevant, trustworthy destinations. SpeedPR may remove links that are broken, misleading, excessively promotional, unsafe, or unrelated to the announcement.

Formatting and editorial changes

SpeedPR may edit headlines, summaries, headings, punctuation, spacing, links, and formatting for clarity and consistency. Material factual changes should not be made without the issuer’s approval.

Removal requests

Published releases are intended to remain available as part of a permanent corporate news archive. Removal requests are reviewed case by case and are not automatically granted merely because an announcement is no longer current.
