Acceptance of terms
By accessing SpeedPR or submitting content, you agree to these Terms of Use and the related Privacy Policy and Editorial Standards. Do not use the platform if you do not agree.
Content submissions
You represent that you have the authority to submit the content and grant SpeedPR permission to review, edit, format, publish, display, distribute, archive, and promote it in connection with the platform.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of submitted material, including claims, quotations, trademarks, images, documents, and contact information.
Editorial discretion
SpeedPR may accept, decline, delay, edit, label, update, restrict, or remove content at its discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication, placement, indexing, traffic, media coverage, or any particular search result.
Prohibited use
- Submitting unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or intentionally misleading content
- Impersonating another person or organization
- Uploading malware, unsafe code, or harmful links
- Attempting to disrupt, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site
- Using the platform to facilitate fraud, harassment, or abuse
Intellectual property
The SpeedPR name, site design, logos, code, and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Submitted organizations retain their rights in their own materials, subject to the publishing permission granted above.
Disclaimers
SpeedPR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Published press releases are statements from the issuing organizations and do not necessarily reflect the views of SpeedPR. SpeedPR does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party claims or the continued availability of external links.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SpeedPR and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, submitted content, publication decisions, external links, or service interruptions.
Changes
